1. Pre-Inspection: A thorough inspection of all carpet to be cleaned.

2. Commercial Pre-Vacuuming: Professional vacuuming with a commercial vacuum to remove the maximum dry particulate soil.

3. Professional Pre-Spotting:  Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective removal.

4. Professional Pre-Conditioning:  We apply a Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) approved pre-spray to loosen ground in, oily soil.

5. Pre-Grooming: Thorough agitation with a pile lifting rake to further loosen and suspend traffic area soil for removal.

6. Furniture Moving: Sofas, Chairs, and tables will be carefully moved, cleaned under, and carefully place back in its' position on plastic blocks.

7. Rotary Steam Extraction:  A sanitizing deep extraction using a rotary extraction unit and CRI approved truck-mount machine.  A multi-directional cleaning that makes more passes over the carpet than what is possible with a manual scrub wand simply cleans the carpet deeper and more thoroughly.

8. Professional PH-Balanced Residue Free Rinse: The carpet is rinsed with an approved CRI extraction cleaning solution that keeps carpets clean longer.

9. Post-Spot Treatment: Additional spotting agents are used to remove the most difficult stains.
