    This last cleaning I was jaw-dropping astonished that you were
able to remove the stains left by the entire contents of a new
bottle of OPI "Red" nail polish. Anyone familiar with OPI
professional polish knows it's difficult to get off of your nails
using straight acetone, let alone out of carpeting--although God
knows I tried!
    The open bottle did a cartwheel spin out of my hand when my
propped-up foot slipped off its perch and hit my hand--sending long
splashes of deep red over a four-square-foot area of light carpet.
Jeremy, you worked extra long and hard to remove those stains, and
I want you to know that I appreciate everything you did to make
my home look and smell so much better.
    By the way, my doggies are now wearing diapers anytime they come
inside, so the next cleaning shouldn't be so traumatic, and my very
light carpet will stay looking normal.
    Jennifer, in case I neglected to tell you at the time, the
incredible job you did cleaning the white carpeting in my Sawgrass
home was so beautiful, it looked brand-new! Before you worked your
magic, I thought I was either going to have to lower my asking price
or re-carpet before selling my home. Instead, I was proud to hand
